How Big Is The Box The Bike Ships In?

Because we have specially designed a box that allows us to transport almost fully assembled bicycles, our box is very large. Because our commitment to sustainability does not only apply to bicycles, all packaging is 100% roadside recyclable.

How do I view my tracking Information?

The email you should receive confirming that your Fahrbike is shipped contains a link to track your order. You can also find tracking information on your account page.

Can Batteries Be Replaced？

Yes they can. Although we purchase high-quality batteries that are designed to provide years of reliable use, like all rechargeable batteries, the batteries will eventually wear out. When they do, we will provide you with the option to replace the battery.

Can I Add Accessories To My Bike?

Yes, it is easy to install accessories if you want. The sturdy rear luggage rack can accommodate various bags and other rack-mounted accessories. In addition, many third-party aftermarket accessories may be suitable for your Fahrbike. In other words, we can only recommend accessories that have been tested to verify safety and compatibility.
