Return Policy; Restocking Fees

-Fahrbike encourages you to shop with confidence. Please carefully read the following to understand our return policy, which is applicable to all e-bikes, parts, and accessories.

  • New and unused items may be returned within 15 days after delivery, please email to receive your return authorization and begin the return process. Any return without informing Fahrbike will be deemed as unauthorized and thus will not be accepted. For all returns, the buyer is responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping plus 8% restocking fees.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with all the original parts and accessories, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.



  • Cancellation before shipment is free. Cancellation after the order has been shipped (means the order has been sent to the shipping carrier and no longer in the warehouse's possession) is subject to an 8% processing fee and the actual cost of return shipping.
  • Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after the products have been received and inspected. The shipping charge and restocking fees (if there is any) will be deducted from your refund.

Return Authorizations (RA) are valid for seven (7) calendar days after they have been issued. Products returned after the expiration date or without an RA will not receive a refund and the customer will have to pay shipping for the item to be returned to them or forfeit the item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not accept returns on helmets, batteries or products marked as “closeout” items.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
