Shipping Policy

Order processing times

We ship during business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We ship orders normally in 1-2 business days after receiving the order. However, we do not guarantee this service. After placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email, and after delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next Monday or the next working day (if there is a holiday).


Shipping service providers and times

Most orders will be shipped by FedEx Ground Shipping or UPS ground and do not require a signature at the time of delivery. Expedited services are currently not available. We ship from California.

Shipment time to your provided address takes 2-7 business days. All delivery dates provided are estimated time frames.

Shipping information areas and fees

  • We offer free shipping to the contiguous USA.
  • We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands or internationally.
  • We cannot ship to post office boxes or APO addresses.


Order tracking

To follow the status of your order, please sign up for an account through our website at fahrbike.com. This will allow you to retain information about your current and previous orders as well as allow you to receive direct information about your shipments and the tracking status. Once you are provided your tracking number from Fahrbike, you can input the number on our site to follow the delivery status.
